8. Purchase and redemption of Voyan Group coupons
Voyan Group provides an opportunity to its users to avail value deals from a number of merchants, including but not limited to restaurants, with which Voyan Group has an association at discounted prices by issue of coupons that can be redeemed up to a certain validity period from outlets of the institutions. In order to purchase Voyan Group coupons, the user would be required to create an account on the website. This is required so we can provide you with easy access to print your orders, view your past purchases and modify your preferences. By placing an order on the website, you make an offer to us to purchase Voyan Group coupons for buying / availing specific products and/or services which you have selected based on Voyan Group´s standard terms and conditions, institution-specific restrictions and on these terms of use. All Voyan Group coupons are promotional coupons and shall be subject to the standard terms and conditions and specific terms and conditions. Voyan Group coupons are issued on behalf of the institutions and only such institutions, to the exclusion of Voyan Group , shall be responsible for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, charges, expenses, claims, liabilities and costs suffered by or in respect of a customer, caused in whole or in part by the institutions or which arises out of the goods and/or services provided by the institutions, as well as for any unclaimed property liability arising from unredeemed Voyan Group coupons. 9. Standard terms and conditions (for restaurant-specific Voyan Group coupons)
For this section, restaurant shall be defined as an institution that offers food and beverages for sale in its regular business operations, and is making such food and beverages available to purchasers of Voyan Group coupons. In this respect, the following shall constitute as standard terms and conditions for redeeming Voyan Group coupons
• No refunds shall be granted for Voyan Group coupons.
• Voyan Group coupons are redeemable in their entirety only and may not be redeemed incrementally.
• Voyan Group coupons can be redeemed only after due verification of the customer including, without limitation, matching the unique identification number provided to the customer at the time of purchase of Voyan Group coupons.
• Validity period for redemption of Voyan Group coupons is determined by voyan, and shall be mentioned on Voyan Group coupons.
• Use of Voyan Group coupons is subject to all applicable laws.
• It is at the discretion of the restaurant to determine whether Voyan Group coupons can be combined with any other restaurant coupons, third party coupons, coupons, or promotions and the like.
• Voyan Group coupons cannot be used for taxes, tips or prior balances, unless permitted by the restaurant.
• Voyan Group coupons are valid on website only
• Voyan Group is not responsible for lost or stolen Voyan Group coupons or the reference numbers mentioned on it.
•Any attempted redemption not consistent with these terms & conditions will render the Voyan Group coupon void and invalid.

10. Standard terms and conditions (for non-restaurant Voyan Group coupons)
The following shall constitute as standard terms and conditions for redeeming Voyan Group coupons for purchasing goods and/or services from website:
• Voyan Group shall not be responsible for the quality of products and/or services provided by the institution, and the same shall be the sole responsibility of the institution.

12. User generated content

Voyan Group reserves the right to include the value deal contributed by you to the website or discard it, in its sole discretion. Voyan Group shall not have any obligation to pre-screen or regularly review all contributed content/ value deal. However, Voyan Group has the absolute right (though not the obligation) to remove, without notice, any content / value deal posted. By posting any content/ value deal, you represent and warrant

13. Prizes for users
Voyan Group may, in its sole discretion announce and give prizes as it may deem fit to the user who has contributed/ added value deals to the website. The winner shall be notified by Voyan Group to collect their prize. If the winner does not collect the prize within 30 days, he/she shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize. Voyan Group reserves the right to withdraw or modify the prizes and modify the procedure for collection of prizes at its sole discretion. Voyan Groups decision regarding selection of winner shall be final and binding. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the prize or selection of winner shall not constitute any claim against Voyan Group. 14. Points for users Voyan Group shall give the users 250 points for each deal contributed and added by the user. The users shall also be given 1000 points if a user invites his/her friend to contribute a deal and the deal included by Voyan Group on its website. The user may redeem the points to purchase deals from Voyan Groups website, subject to a maximum of 5,000 points, in the ratio of 10:1, i.e. 10 points shall be equal to 1 rupee only. For example, 250 points equals 25 rupees only.
15. Copyright and trademarks
Everything located on or in this website, including the subsites, is the exclusive property of Voyan Group or used with express permission of the copyright and/or trademark owner. Any violation of this policy may result in a copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right infringement that may subject user to civil and / or criminal penalties. Without prejudice to any other provision herein, Voyan Groupshall not be liable for any loss, damage or penalty as a result of any delay in or failure to deliver or otherwise perform hereunder due to any cause beyond the Voyan Group ‘s control, including, without limitation, acts of the user, embargo or other governmental act, regulation or request affecting the conduct of Voyan Group’s business, fire, explosion, accident, theft, vandalism, riot, acts of war, strikes or other labour difficulties, lightning, flood, windstorm or other acts of god.
25. Miscellaneous
This agreement and any operating rules for the website established by Voyan Group constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder is a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall be of no legal force or effect.
